Sobo & Sobo LLP Welcomes Alexandre Jouravliov to Middletown Office
MIDDLETOWN, NY, June 15, 2020 — Sobo & Sobo is proud to welcome Alexandre Jouravliov, Esq., who will join the legal team at their headquarters in Middletown, New York. Alexandre was hired based on his outstanding experience in commercial and business law, and his success in other legal fields relating to finance.

Alexandre began his legal education at CY Cergy Paris University in France, where he earned his Bachelor of Law degree. He then went on to earn two more Masters degrees from the Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris: a Master in Arbitration and International Commercial Law, and a Master in International Business Law. Alexandre then attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he earned his Juris Doctor and Master en droit degrees: a dual-degree program that he earned in coordination between Cornell Law School and Pantheon Sorbonne University.
Before Sobo & Sobo, Alexandre worked in a wide variety of legal areas, including launching private investigations at a French mortgage company, representing farm workers seeking political asylum at a legal assistance clinic, drafting documents and facilitating court proceedings for the New York State Attorney General, and investigating cryptocurrency fraud for a law firm in Paris.

Alexandre’s interests include the clarinet, and reading science fiction novels. He is fluent in English and French, and conversant in Russian. He plans to use the depth and variety of his legal experience to help Sobo & Sobo clients win the justice and settlements they are entitled to.
