As an attorney working as a case manager, the first thing I do is call the client and introduce myself. I go over the details on the intake sheet and take any new details he/she offers. I try to get the documents needed. As an attorney going to conferences, I do my best to know the most important details of the case. I think that the judges appreciate honesty and a good presentation. I’ve never had a problem with that.
