Dario DiLello, Esq.
Personal Injury Lawyer
I graduated from Michigan State University Law School. I have represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury cases. Representing both has given me the insight on preparing the case for the best results. I have argued before the Appellate Division as well as having a case go before the Court of Appeals.
I previously worked in Bankruptcy, representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. I also worked as a Bank attorney for Real Estate for residential closings, representing homeowners in selling and purchasing their homes. I also serve as a volunteer firefighter.

At the end of the day, I know I have helped clients during a difficult time of their lives.
I have always tried to put myself in my client’s situation. I take extra effort in explaining the process. All too often, it’s not understanding the process that is stressful for the client. Once they understand that the "legal" process does take time, they can relax a little more.
