David Giaro, Esq.
Personal Injury Attorney
David Giaro was raised in Brooklyn, New York, after his parents immigrated from Poland. He interned at the EEOC (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and the DHR (New York State Division of Human Rights), assisting in cases involving workplace harassment and discrimination.
David was named a “LaunchPad for Justice Fellow” to the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program, under Deputy Chief Administrative Judge Fern Fisher, where, under a student practice order, he represented indigent clients in Kings County Housing Court. David has been practicing personal injury litigation since 2012.

Coming from an immigrant background, I witnessed various injustices that occur when people are deprived of knowledge of law and competent representation. Such events drove me towards education and to sharpen my abilities to properly assist people at their most vulnerable moments.
I practice a no-nonsense approach to my clients’ cases. Because of my upbringing, I understand how certain events affect humans not only in theory, but in real life. As my client you will be presented with facts of the case instead of honeyed words or what sounds pleasant at the moment. I know that a lot of people do get lost in a legal maze, but I will be there to guide them through and clearly explain all the steps of the process.
