My favorite part of being a lawyer is the client contact and being part of a team that works together to conclude a matter under the best possible terms.
I am most proud of representing a seriously brain injured child, in a matter that had been turned down by many lawyers, and obtaining a great settlement for that child. The settlement that insured the child would be able to meet his future needs.
In my career, I have handled all types of cases. I am most proud of representing lead poisoned children. Lead poisoning cases are hotly contested by defendants and require a great deal of preparation and investigation. Further, the litigation is complex and extensive. However, hard work, proper investigation and excellent experts permitted me to place the cases in suit, complete all necessary discovery and to secure a very significant and meaningful settlements.
I have a very “hands on” approach to handling cases. I treat each case with due concern with the full understanding that every case is unique and each plaintiff has unique issues and concerns. I work diligently to meet the needs of each client and also get them the best result possible in their case.
At a very early age I was taught the value of hard work, and determination. The work ethic coupled with my extensive ground in litigation experience serves my clients well and affords the client the very best opportunity for a positive outcome to their cases.
