Ian Ridgeway, Esq.
Workers Compensation Lawyer
I started my BA as a University of British Columbia – Vancouver student, studying at the International Study Centre in Sussex, England. Eventually, I transferred to SUNY Albany where I earned my BA in Political Science (International Relations). I then earned a MA in International Affairs from CUNY Brooklyn College. I earned my JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (formerly Pace Law School) in White Plains, NY. I also earned an LLM in International and European Business Law from the ICADE School of Law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
Since I was a child, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer. Violent conflict arises when the rule of law and the system that maintains order disintegrates. As a result of the importance of law, I saw lawyers as the ultimate peacekeepers in society. My greatest accomplishment as an attorney, which I always aim to be my next accomplishment, is helping people protect their rights as I help them navigate a confusing and occasionally overwhelming system.
