Michael Radigan, Esq.
Personal Injury Lawyer
Michael Radigan graduated from Columbia Law School in 1985 with a J.D. When not practicing litigation, he can be found in front of a chess board, or wandering Brooklyn on a Saturday with his wife and child.
Radigan believes personal injury litigation is often a battle between wrongfully injured individuals and powerful corporate defendants and insurance companies, which are generally represented by well-trained and well-compensated attorneys who view litigation as a war of attrition. He finds it deeply fulfilling to help individuals triumph over these odds.

I was part of my New Jersey church’s outreach to a sister parish in Haiti, which provided much-needed supplies for the parish school.
An employee who was being compelled to work hundreds of hours off the clock without compensation, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, called me at the end of our successful litigation to thank me “from the bottom of his heart” for believing in his case and never giving up.
