The reason I became a lawyer was because I thought the law was so endlessly fascinating and that I would never again be bored. I was right; every real estate transaction is so unique and has challenged me in different ways.
Closing my first commercial real estate transaction down in New York City for a commercial office building in Brooklyn, NY. This transaction was particularly complex and really challenged me, required many different skill sets including negotiating, business and tax planning.
I love talking with my clients and helping them to navigate through their real estate transaction especially clients who are buying their first home which is often a very stressful time in a client’s life. It is a very rewarding experience when you see their joy after the closing.
