Samuel Vacchiano, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.
Samuel handles a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and construction accidents.
He has been an attorney for thirty-four years principally practicing plaintiffs’ personal injury. Samuel has tried many jury trials to a successful conclusion and has numerous successful settlements and mediation awards. He is extremely experienced from initial intake through trial.
He received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City. He attended Rutgers School of Law in Newark, NJ. He was selected to Law Review, one of the highest academic achievements in law school. He was later admitted to Georgetown University, an extremely elite school located in Washington, D.C., where he is pursuing a master’s degree. Prior to college, he was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army.
Mr. Vacchiano is a member of the New Jersey American Association of Justice. He also has a very high rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to The National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100. Mr. Vacchiano is an extremely aggressive personal injury lawyer who is proud of his representation of individuals against large insurance companies and other entities.
