It doesn’t get repetitive. Brad loves delving into the important differences in each case and optimizing for each one’s challenges and opportunities. And getting a great result for the client, the closest we can come to justice for them, is truly satisfying.

Brad had a trip-and-fall case over a pothole with several significant challenges. There were issues regarding comparative negligence, chronology regarding the pothole’s dangerousness and when the defendant would have had notice of it. Brad persuaded a jury with expert testimony, careful explanation of the records, and careful compilation of a timeline the jury could follow, resulting in an excellent verdict.

Brad is passionate about researching, theorizing and advocating for businesses in which profits go toward solving important problems like fighting malaria or extreme poverty. He has given a TEDx Talk on the subject of businesses with charities in the vast majority shareholder position like Newman’s Own and Patagonia. He also likes going on walks and playing video games.
