Stuart’s educational journey commenced with outstanding academic achievements, graduating summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Oswego. He furthered his legal education by earning his degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1990, specializing in personal injury law.

In May 1991, Stuart embarked on his career as a dedicated personal injury advocate and litigator, commencing his legal practice with a firm located in Jamaica, Queens, New York. Over a span of 13 years, he tirelessly represented clients in New York City and the greater metropolitan area. After relocating to the Hudson Valley in August 2004, and beginning in July 2005, Stuart expanded his focus to serving accident victims across New York State.

With a professional career spanning over 34 years in personal injury law, Stuart has exclusively served as counsel to plaintiffs, passionately helping them navigate a diverse range of civil matters in court, through alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and adept negotiations.
