Maria Rubinos personal injury lawyer

Maria Rubinos, Esq.

Personal Injury Attorney

I was active in student government as a member of the Cardozo Law School SBA and as a member of Cardozo Law School BALSA. In the summer prior to law school, I was a number one ranking fellow with the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, Inc. (CLEO). In my community of Harlem, New York, I served a member of the Board of Lenox Court Coop in Harlem and as a 70th Assembly District, County Committee Member.

My previous work includes serving participants and their beneficiaries, who are covered under Title 1 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and  the Affordable Care Act. In this role, at the United States Department of Labor,  I advocated tirelessly for workers as well as their beneficiaries in order to secure monetary restitution and other remedial actions.
