Frequently Asked Questions

I am a 3rd generation lawyer in my family. Both my father and grandfather represented the “little guy” in estate planning, income tax, and other issues. Though I did not have an interest in tax law or estate planning. Growing up watching my dad and grandfather inspired me to help the regular person who finds themselves in difficult legal situations. This need has grown as our society has “devolved” over the past 30+ years as one where “the little guy” is facing increasingly difficult odds against insurance companies, corporations, and governmental entities. From this background, I have around 25 yrs of representing individuals and small businesses – not corporations. In the past, I took on many personal injury cases that more established firms would not handle.
