About Charles E. Polk III, Esq.
Charles E. Polk III, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.
Charles has over five years of experience handling a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, nursing home negligence, and construction accidents.
Charles was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO, and currently lives and practices in Milwaukee, WI. He handles his cases with the warmth, care, and friendliness that you’d expect from a life-long Midwesterner.
Charles has also served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Village of Shorewood and Whitefish Bay, and the Deputy City Attorney for Glendale and Brown Deer. Charles does not shy away from taking cases to trial, and believes that if you prepare a case to go to trial from inception, there will be an even better chance at resolution to help clients be put in the best possible position to be made whole with a favorable settlement or verdict.
In 2016, Charles graduated from Colgate University located in Hamilton, NY. He was elected Student Government Senator all four years and was the first Freshman to successfully pass a bill within the Senate in the school’s 205-year history. He returned to the Midwest to complete law school at Marquette University, where he was elected class representative all six semesters, was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association, and was elected President of Marquette’s American Bar Association Chapter.
