Leo A. Bohanski, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at the Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.

Leo has experience handling a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and dog bites.

With over 20 years of experience defending clients on behalf of large insurance carriers and Fortune 500 companies, I shifted my practice to the Plaintiff’s bar with Sobo & Sobo to advocate for individuals facing personal injury. The vast experience for working on the civil defense side provides clients an insight that most other lawyers cannot provide. I bring extensive expertise in handling complex economic damages cases involving the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law. Over the course of my career, I’ve tried more than a dozen trials and litigated hundreds of arbitrations in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I have successfully resolved numerous complex cases through mediation, often involving multiple tiers of insurance coverage.
