Nechelle Nicholas, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.

Nechelle has over three years of experience handling a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and construction accidents.

Nechelle was born in Westchester, NY, and grew up on the island of Antigua. She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s University in Nova Scotia, Canada.  Nechelle then received her law degree from Pace Law School in White Plains, NY, where she interned for a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, was a member of the Pace Law Review, and her article has been published. She was also a board member of the Black Law Students Association. She was awarded “Best Oralist” at the North East Black Law Students moot court competition in 2021, then won first place at the mock trial competition in 2022. After graduating from law school, she began her career at a small personal injury defense firm in Westchester, NY.
