About Tara E. Parlman, Esq.

Tara E. Parlman, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.

Tara has over 10 years of experience handling a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and construction accidents.

Tara devoted the early years of her career advocating for the injured. She had the opportunity to handle many challenging cases and hone her trial skills. She litigated a variety of matters from motor vehicle accidents to trip, slip and fall cases. Tara has also handled cases on the defense side, working for one of New York’s largest insurance companies. This afforded the opportunity of seeing how carriers work and think in the defense of personal injury claims. In this capacity Tara gained valuable knowledge of exactly what an insurance company is looking for when evaluating a case.

Tara is well aware of the defenses that might be mounted against those she represents and how to overcome them. Her professional experiences on both sides of the fence, plaintiff and defendant, have given her a passion for helping the injured in their times of need. With a unique insider understanding as a former member of the defense bar, she has an impressive ability to use this knowledge to the advantage of our clients. She rises to the challenge of obtaining just compensation for clients harmed through the negligence of others. Tara has always been there for clients during the hardest of times.
