About Thomas Kranidas, Esq.

Thomas Krandias, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at the Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.

Thomas handles a variety of personal injury cases including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, and construction accidents.

Unlike those fortunate individuals who have a clear career path from an early age, Thomas’s journey toward personal injury law was a process of self-discovery. As he matured, worked, and pursued his education, Thomas became increasingly drawn to the idea of making a positive impact on people’s lives, even though the exact avenue remained uncertain.

Upon completing his college education, Thomas spent two years working in a wholesale warehouse where he had the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and gain valuable insights into real-life challenges. It was during this time that he realized the potential for the legal profession to align with his desire to bring meaningful change to people’s lives. This realization propelled Thomas into law school.

While in law school, Thomas immersed himself in the field, working as a paralegal in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office. Following his graduation, Thomas accepted a role as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County. Four years of service in this capacity allowed him to sharpen his legal skills and courtroom experience.

Subsequently, Thomas joined a small practice in Brooklyn, where he provided court-appointed criminal defense for those unable to afford private counsel. His career then led him to Denver, Colorado, where he practiced law for fifteen years, handling a diverse array of cases, including family law, consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, and general practice.

Returning to New York after an extended absence, Thomas spent four years at a personal injury firm in Brooklyn, while also contributing to the firm’s general practice. It was during this period that he found his way to Sobo & Sobo, a unique opportunity to focus on personal injury cases and work closely with his clients.

With the dedicated assistance of paralegals, Thomas is able to provide each client with personalized attention and service, viewing each case as a distinct and meaningful journey. His greatest fulfillment as an attorney is achieved when he secures the best possible outcome for his clients in their personal injury case.
