“I started here in 2019 as a paralegal. Within a few months, because of my experience I was promoted to Supervisor. This showed me that this firm allows growth from within. As time went by, I learned even more that I knew before. Everyday is a challenge and I learn something new.

I then got promoted to Case Manager as well, and this gave me much more room to grow and expand my knowledge. The Sobo Firm is a wonderful place to work because you are given opportunities to Excel and show your potential and that is appreciated by the firm.

I love working at Sobo & Sobo because I am pushed to be the best paralegal/case manager/supervisor that I can be and I know that my all my hard work and effort are greatly appreciated, not only by my handling attorneys, but by the actual Owner of the firm, Greg Sobo. He is a wonderful man who appreciates one’s hard work and is always readily on hand to let you know his appreciation. He is a great boss and he makes the firm a pleasure to work for.

Of course, as a paralegal, there are many responsibilities, but the reward when a client tells you how happy they are that you helped them win their case is so rewarding and that is what I strive for everyday.
