I am the hardest worker in the game. I have tried cases against attorneys I thought were brilliant, but never against an attorney that outworked me. Harkening back to my seven years of higher education, four years of undergrad work and three years of law school, as a full time student throughout those seven straight years, I was also a full time worker. For those seven straight years, I averaged only three hours of sleep per night. Hence, the point is no one outworks me. I am always prepared.

There is nothing more gratifying than getting a jury of 12 to ratify your arguments. Obtaining a favorable jury trial verdict is one of the highlights of life. Very few people are in that position and even more so very few people are regularly successful in that venue. It is hard work, but very gratifying to know that the work you did over perhaps years was correct according to a jury of your peers. A very exciting part of this job.
